We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Home Manager in ensuring the level of clinical care offered is exemplary.
- Provide specialist nursing support and advice to the clinical team.
- Take responsibility for the care home in the Home Manager's absence, supervising and coaching colleagues.
- Ensure the care home continues to exceed CQC expectations and standards.
- NMC registration with no limitations to practice.
- Passion for high-quality patient care.
- Previous experience working at a supervisory level within a care home environment.
- A competitive salary of £20 per hour.
- A permanent position working 40 hours per week, days only, with some supernumerary hours.
