A highly reputable care provider is seeking an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at their award-winning care home in the Perthshire area. The home is a small residential care home catering for the elderly and those living with dementia.

The home has an experienced manager with an 'open door' leadership style, requiring a Deputy Care Home Manager to assist with staffing, rotas, supervisions, auditing, and care planning, while providing hands-on care to residents who benefit from various activities, catering options, and a dedicated care team.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including on-call and some supernumerary shifts per week.

About You:

  1. SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
  2. Experience within a care home setting at a senior level
  3. Excellent care planning & CI/SSSC knowledge
  4. A passion for person-centred care
  5. Respectful of people's values while promoting good care practices
