Deputy Home Manager Job Description

Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our valued client's team in Crieff, Perthshire. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents. The home provides general nursing and dementia care, as well as respite care for both long-term and short-term stays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to the clinical team
  • Take responsibility for the care home in the Manager's absence, supervising and coaching colleagues
  • Ensure the care home continues to exceed CQC expectations and standards
Requirements:
  • NMC registration with no limitations to practice
  • Passion for high-quality patient care
  • Previous experience working at a supervisory level within a care home environment
