About the Role:
Gilbert Meher is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join our team. As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for generating new and existing relationships to bring on relevant complex care packages for our client, an independent healthcare organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct, manage, and oversee the generation of new and existing relationships to bring on relevant complex care packages.
- 75% sales responsibilities, with 25% project management for the mobilisation of awarded packages.
- Responsible to the Commercial Director, leading on business development and working closely with all stakeholders in relation to the organisation's business development strategy and growth.
- Working independently, visiting existing and potential commissioners, as well as being present in the office.
- Project management and liaison with operational and clinical teams, as well as stakeholder management of all involved in the referral process.
- Conduct structured business development to generate new packaging recommendations.
- Working closely with the quality and operations team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of Business Development/Account Management/Sales (healthcare desirable).
- Multitasking and prioritisation with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Full driving licence.
