Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our Bristol branch. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments on new clients/service users
  • Maintain an effective system for quality assurance management, ensuring standards and indicators are clearly defined and monitored
  • Provide direct supervision to domiciliary care workers, ensuring they meet the changing needs of clients and service users
  • Assist with the delivery of a care assistants' development and training program
  • Participate in an on-call roster, providing cover for unplanned absence

Requirements:

  • Experience of supervising others within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent assessment skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car (desirable)
