About the Role

We are seeking a professional Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living services. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our community, providing exceptional care and support to our residents, and managing the security and wellbeing of our homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the security and safety of the development, ensuring the wellbeing of residents and staff
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and resident engagement
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

About You

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience in care or support environments. You will have excellent care skills, a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification is desirable, but not essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in care or support environments
  • Excellent care skills and a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector
  • Ability to manage security and safety, oversee care teams, and coordinate activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
