Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our Bristol branch. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients. You will work closely with our Field Care Manager and Branch Manager to implement systems that meet legislative standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments on new clients/service users.
  • Maintain an effective quality assurance management system, monitoring standards and indicators on a continuous basis.
  • Provide direct supervision to domiciliary care workers, meeting with them quarterly and keeping written records of each meeting.
  • Assist with the delivery of a care assistants' development and training program.
  • Participate in an on-call roster, providing cover for unplanned absences to maintain the service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of supervising others in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent assessment skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car (or alternative travel arrangements).
  • Demonstrates behaviors associated with Prestige Nursing & Care's values.
