About the Role

We are seeking a professional Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living solutions. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care and support services, providing exceptional care to our residents, and promoting a positive and supportive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the security and safety of our development, ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that foster community spirit and social interaction among residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care or support environment, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
