About the Role: As a Human Factors Engineer at SRG, you will play a critical part in ensuring the development of safe, usable, and effective defense systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Factors Integration: Conduct thorough human factors integration throughout the development lifecycle, providing progressive assurance to our customers as per relevant standards.
  • User Interface Design: Develop user interface prototypes and conduct human-centered design to optimize the human-machine relationship.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Engage with users from early concept through to delivery, ensuring that their needs and capabilities are fully considered.
  • Project Management: Work across various projects through the development lifecycle, providing capabilities to users across different domains.

Requirements:
