User Experience Designer in Training

We are seeking a UX Design Apprentice to join our dynamic team at ENGINEERINGUK.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop exceptional user experience skills and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our experienced UX designers and researchers, gaining hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of user-centred product and service design.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us, developing their skills and knowledge in areas such as user research, data analysis, and communication of UX insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to capture, interpret and articulate digital product or service requirements.
  • Advocate the user perspective throughout the product development process.
  • Communicate UX insights, ideas, and results to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UX methodologies and trends through continuous learning.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this apprenticeship programme, applicants must:

  • Meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • Have a strong understanding of user experience principles and design methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others.
