Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Learning Facilitator. This role will involve supporting the delivery of community-based learning programmes, developing new programme ideas, and contributing to the development of youth policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our community-based learning programmes, which include mentoring, coaching, and facilitating group sessions.

You will also contribute to the development of new programme ideas and help to identify opportunities for partnership working with other organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF COMMUNITY-BASED LEARNING PROGRAMMES
  • DEVELOP NEW PROGRAMME IDEAS AND PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS AND REPORTS AS REQUIRED

Salary Range: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Location: South Ayrshire

Hours: Part-time, approximately 3-5 hours per week
