The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting targeted prospecting to uncover potential business opportunities;
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitor activities;
  • Supporting the sales team in implementing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue targets;
  • Assisting in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships;
  • Participating in negotiations and developing skills to close deals effectively;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities in our CRM system;
  • Representing innovative solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.

Key Skills & Experience

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in customer-facing or sales roles who thrive in target-driven environments. Desired skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities;
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed;
  • A good understanding of CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software;
  • Resilience, a competitive spirit, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Basic Salary: £25,000+ (negotiable depending on experience and performance). Uncapped earnings potential with commissions payable monthly. Company benefits include pension, private medical care, company events, and salary benchmarking. Pre-employment screening checks will be undertaken prior to any formal offer being made. Estimated salary based on location and industry standards: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
