Salary
A competitive base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a performance-based commission structure, reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. This generous compensation package ensures that our top performers are motivated and incentivized to drive business growth and deliver outstanding results.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing sales team as an Outbound Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering memorable experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, developing relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed your targets.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident, bold, and flexible, with a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Development, Product, and Customer Success, to build and execute industry-aligned go-to-market plans. Your role will involve conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, setting meetings, identifying customer needs, and communicating the value proposition of our services.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in our Bristol or Newcastle office. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, target-driven, resilient, and eager to learn and develop. You will be comfortable with technology and navigating computer systems, with a proven experience of working within an Outbound Sales environment.
