We are seeking a seasoned and discerning Private Service Manager to support an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) by optimizing and elevating their day-to-day lifestyle. This is a unique and highly personalized role that involves crafting a seamless daily routine, designing luxury travel experiences, and coordinating with high-end service providers to ensure an exceptional quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage an efficient daily schedule tailored to the needs and preferences of the UHNWI, ensuring seamless execution and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and execute bespoke luxury travel itineraries, including private jets, exclusive accommodations, and curated experiences that cater to the individual's interests and tastes.
  • Source and hire additional staff, such as personal chefs, trainers, and stylists, to enhance the individual's lifestyle and provide exceptional support.
  • Coordinate high-profile meetings, exclusive social engagements, and personal events with precision and discretion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury service providers, ensuring all services are executed to the highest standard and meeting the individual's expectations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times while managing the individual's personal affairs, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Stay ahead of luxury trends, exclusive opportunities, and experiences to continuously elevate the UHNWI's lifestyle and exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a similar role working with UHNWIs, executives, or high-profile individuals, demonstrating expertise and success in luxury lifestyle management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury services, destinations, and lifestyle trends, enabling the creation of bespoke experiences and itineraries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills, allowing for effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and handle last-minute changes with ease and professionalism.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and develop creative solutions.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
