Support and Care Assistant

About the Job: We have an exciting opportunity for a Support and Care Assistant to join our care team in North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and other additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
Requirements:
- A caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
- An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and individuals with varying abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
