We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. The role is based in Malton, Norton, and involves providing high-quality care to individuals in a complex needs unit.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities such as personal care, assisting qualified nursing staff where necessary, making patients feel comfortable and calm, and monitoring and documenting vital signs.

The ideal candidate will have previous UK experience of at least 12 months working as a Healthcare Assistant in a residential or inpatient setting. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and have the ability to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Our client offers competitive rates of pay, ranging from £13.94ph - £20.00ph (LTD), with PAYE equivalent rates from £12.82ph - £18.14ph. The company also provides flexible working hours, a £150 sign-up bonus, £250 uncapped referral bonus, free on-site parking, and dedicated consultant support.
