Job Title: Adult Care Assistant Day Position

We are recruiting for a skilled Adult Care Assistant to work in a complex needs unit in Malton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a dynamic healthcare team.

About the Role:
- Assist patients with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to the medical team.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 12 months of experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a residential or inpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
