As an HR Business Partner for the Exteriors division covering the UK and Ireland, you will play a key role in driving transformational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering value-added, commercially focused HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organisational goals.
- Provide strategic and operational business partnering, coaching, and guidance to business leaders and site managers.
- Implement and maintain best-in-class HR practices, ensuring compliance with Group and country standards.
- Build positive labour and employee relations.
- Manage HR Partners to address operational and strategic needs, and represent HR in the local Leadership Team.
- Oversee HR activities from preboarding to offboarding, ensuring excellent candidate and employee experiences.
- Use data analysis to identify trends and drive actionable insights.
- Implement best-in-class HR strategies, policies, processes, and systems, ensuring alignment with Group and country initiatives, employee lifecycle calendars, and applicable legislation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a Generalist HR role within industrial and/or manufacturing business.
- Highly developed business partnering, relationship building, and influencing skills.
- Great communication both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate complex information in a meaningful way.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Labour Relations, Business Management, or Human Resources.
