Temporary Events Support Opportunity

At Spotlight Recruitment Ltd, we are working in partnership with a high-profile global events company to find a talented temporary candidate who can join their team immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a programme of sustainability-focused events. As Guestlist Coordinator, you will work closely with the events management team, utilising your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless event delivery.

About the Role
  • This is a temporary position, requiring a commitment of two full months from mid-September 2024
  • We are seeking an experienced events support professional who can hit the ground running
  • The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) and excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
  • You will be responsible for supporting administrative duties to deliver memorable events, collaborating with teams and reporting directly to the Events Manager
Key Requirements
  • Must be available to start immediately
  • Experience within an events support role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Brilliant organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
About the Company

Our client is a renowned events company operating in the sustainability sector, offering a supportive working environment and hybrid working arrangements from their London office.

Salary

We estimate the salary for this temporary position to be approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
