We are looking for an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Education in Preston. As an Executive Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school office.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be highly proficient in administrative tasks. They will also be able to provide exceptional support to our staff and students.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our teachers and support staff to ensure that our school office runs seamlessly. You will be responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
