Job Title: Neurodiversity Support Specialist

Join the Ministry of Justice as a Neurodiversity Support Specialist and play a vital role in supporting prisoners with neurodivergent needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a whole-system approach to supporting prisoners with neurodivergent needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to support prisoners with neurodivergent needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with neurodivergent individuals.
  • Knowledge of OFSTED/Estyn's EIF and further education and skills criteria.
  • PGCE, Cert Ed or Level 5 in Education and Training.
