About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Lead to join our team at Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration of medicines and care planning
- Assist with infection control and training of new staff
- Work closely with our Nursing team to ensure high-quality care
- Build lasting relationships with residents and contribute to their health and well-being
About You
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in adult care, ideally with experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience working in adult care
- Qualified for NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and a sense of fun
