About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Care Lead to join our team at Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex. As a Senior Care Lead, you'll play a key role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the care team in providing high-quality care and support to residents
  • Administer medicines and assist with care planning
  • Contribute to infection control and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with the training and supervision of new staff

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for care and a commitment to excellence. You'll need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You'll also need to be organized, hard-working, and resilient with good observation skills and attention to detail.
