Senior Care Lead

We're seeking a Senior Care Lead to join our team at Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex.

You'll work closely with our Nursing team, playing a leading role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff.

You'll build lasting relationships with our residents and make a meaningful difference to their health and well-being every day, assisting them to lead a fulfilled life.

About You

Compassion is in your nature. You're able to lead with a 'can-do' attitude and great communication skills. You'll enjoy being a positive role model for your colleagues.

You're a team player, willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed. You're organised, hard-working, and resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun.
