About Us

At Colten Care, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Lead to join our team at Wellington Grange in Chichester, West Sussex.

Your Role

As a Senior Care Lead, you'll play a vital role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff. You'll work closely with our Nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

About You

We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience working within adult care, ideally within a similar role. You'll need to be qualified for NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care and possess excellent communication skills. You'll be a positive role model for your colleagues and enjoy being a team player.
