Business Development Advisor

Bunzl Cleaning and Hygiene Supplies is the UK's leading supplier of janitorial, cleaning, and hygiene products. As a Sales and Service Representative for our Birmingham office, you will play a key role in growing or re-establishing business trade with smaller value customers.
With a salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up to £10,000, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. Your primary focus will be on providing suitable solutions that meet the needs of each customer's business, building long-lasting relationships to retain their ongoing loyalty.
To achieve this, you will call upon existing and potential customers to upsell our internal range of exclusive products and services. You will also be responsible for analysing customer accounts and providing accurate information, as well as maintaining detailed records of customer interactions via our CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office software. They will also be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a drive to exceed expectations.
