EHS Quality Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Training Program Coordinator to join our EHS&Q team in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our mission to redefine distribution and become the most valued chemical and ingredient distributor on the planet.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training programs, including booking courses, distributing materials, and tracking attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of training results, certification, and personnel training records.
- Liaise with operational managers to ensure employees attend allocated training.
- Support the EHS&Q induction process and manage certification distribution as applicable.
About You:
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently when required.
- You possess a high degree of numeracy and are self-motivated, focused, and flexible.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
