About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Training Coordinator to join our EHS&Q team in Coventry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training courses and events
- Manage relationships with external training providers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes
- Provide administrative support to the EHS&Q team, including data entry and document preparation
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
