About the Role

As a highly skilled Facilities Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and subcontractors to ensure top-notch service across mechanical, electrical, and building services. Your expertise in building services, HVAC, M&E, and control systems will be instrumental in delivering excellence across our sites in Peterborough and Cambridge.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver maintenance and operations services.
  • Built strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Champion health and safety by producing RAMs, conducting site audits, and setting the highest standards.
  • Work closely with customers on service delivery, maintenance projects, and innovative solutions for their needs.

Salary and Benefits:
