About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Poker Dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing a successful and entertaining poker game, providing a professionally dealt game of poker to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly into the business and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions in all aspects of your role.
  • Work with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service, ensuring that customers have a memorable experience.
  • Deliver an excellent quality experience by evaluating individual needs and acting upon this information.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Create an environment of community and fun, ensuring that customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Show immaculate technical standards in dealing, chips skills, bet calculation and enforcing the rules of the game.
  • Interact with customers in a range of ways that is consistent with their experience and ability in the game.
  • Maintain the security of the game, cash and assets, ensuring that all transactions are secure and accurate.
  • Ensure you proactively comply with all regulation, particularly for licensing conditions, and safer gambling.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
