Poker Dealer Job Description

About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Poker Dealer to join our team in Reading South. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing both tournament and cash games in a professional and entertaining manner.



Key Responsibilities

You will welcome customers warmly into the business, live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions, and work with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service. You will deliver an excellent quality experience by evaluating individual needs and acting upon this information, communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor, create an environment of community and fun, and maintain the security of the game, cash, and assets.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to know the rules of poker and provide a professionally dealt game, be efficient and precise, and have impeccable technical standards in dealing, chips skills, bet calculation, and enforcing the rules of the game. You will also need to interact with customers in a range of ways that is consistent with their experience and ability in the game.
