Poker Dealer Job Description

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Poker Dealer to join our team in Reading South. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing a successful and entertaining poker game, focusing on providing a memorable guest experience.



Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly into the business
• Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
• Work with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
• Deliver an excellent quality experience by evaluating individual needs and acting upon this information
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor
• Create an environment of community and fun
• Maintain the security of the game, cash, and assets
• Ensure proactive compliance with all regulation, particularly for licensing conditions, and safer gambling
