IT Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and technologies
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an IT Help Desk or Service Desk environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Intune
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
