Planning Development Officer

We are seeking a skilled individual to work on planning enforcement cases and ensure sustainable development across the Borough of Cheshire West and Chester. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and innovative planning team, working on a variety of residential, commercial, and countryside sites.
Job Description:- Manage and resolve planning enforcement cases
- Assist planning applications teams
- Represent the Council at appeals
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and experience in planning enforcement. The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Requirements:
- Good practical planning experience in a Local Authority
- Experience of successfully carrying out planning enforcement action
- Full driving licence
