About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join our Control Period 7 (CP7) renewals portfolio in the Wales & Western region. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture and a right first time attitude among the site team and the supply chain.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with other site management, the client, the local community, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the delivery of a quality product that meets the customer's requirements and expectations.
  • Maximising the profitability of the project by identifying and recording changes, managing resources efficiently, and closing out defects and deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Supporting and developing your team members and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the sector.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience as a site manager, undertaking similar work, ideally in Wales or Western. A valid SMSTS qualification, a valid CSCS card, PTS, and other identified training are also required. A good level of IT skills and a strong commitment to the Octavius values of integrity, caring, progressive, openness, and quality are essential.
