Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results in sales, customer service, and store operations.
  • Deputise: Stand in for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to all processes and procedures, and professional management of compliance.
  • Task Implementation: Set and implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
  • Sales Maximisation: Drive exceptional sales results through the execution of a clearly defined operating plan.
  • Stock Ordering: Complete daily stock orders to ensure store availability.
