Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a world-class shopping experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, and travel within a 45-minute radius of your home.
