Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards
  • Collaborate with the retail operations team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the golf industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
