As an Assistant Store Manager at The Good Feet Store of Fayetteville, you will play a key role in leading a high-performing store team to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, ensuring adherence to all processes and procedures, and driving exceptional sales results through the execution of a clearly defined operating plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Deputise: Stand in for the Store Manager and ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Task Implementation: Set and implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
- Sales Maximisation: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Stock Ordering: Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or leader in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Motivated by Results: You thrive on achieving high standards and excel in delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility: Willing to travel within a reasonable radius of your home location.
