Exciting Opportunity - Insurance Account Executive

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Account Executive to lead a team of Account Executives / Development Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and implementing sales and retention strategies at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership to the team to meet revenue targets and drive business performance
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to ensure strategic business decisions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage risk and quality assurance processes to maintain a high level of service
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in team management within the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of placement and insurer relationships
  • Demonstrated success in driving business performance and growth, with experience managing P&L budgets
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the insurance market and industry trends
