We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant Professional to join our team at Lindley Grange Care Home in Huddersfield. As a Care Assistant Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Work closely with the care team to monitor resident needs and develop individual care plans.
