This role involves collaborating with our psychology team to build a culture of respect, communication, and inclusivity.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with Registered Managers to encourage effective communication and engagement among staff.

The ideal candidate will have leadership or coordination experience, particularly in facilitating team building and care-related workshops.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and a strong understanding of Jewish culture is desirable but not essential.
