About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team in North London. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans, and working closely with a core team of carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
  • Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine delivery management
  • Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

Requirements:

  • RSCN qualification with at least 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
  • 2 days working from home per week/3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
