Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the North UK region, specifically the M62 Corridor up to Cumbria. As a key member of our FSi division, you will be responsible for delivering our market strategy, identifying new opportunities, and feeding back market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow our current customer base through effective communication and relationship-building
- Conduct regular customer and site visits to provide technical support and identify new business opportunities
- Represent Etex at trade shows and events, promoting our Fire Stopping Products to architects and main contractors
- Manage a large customer caseload, meeting sales targets and updating our CRM system
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, liaising with other departments to provide effective technical and customer service
- Proven experience in a sales-focused position within the construction industry
- Ability to manage a large customer base and prioritize site visits and calls
- Personable and customer-focused approach
- Competent in the use of MS Packages and CRM systems
