Vulcain Engineering - UK seeks a skilled Energy Sector Transformation Lead to join our team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to transform the energy sector by leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver assigned scope at Hinkley Point C.

About the Role:

  • Lead a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver assigned scope in line with Safety:Quality:Time:Cost targets.
  • Build a diverse team with complementing backgrounds and experience.
  • Work closely with the HPC Area Delivery Teams to define the work scope to be delivered by the contract or contracts.
  • Ensure priorities to support the delivery of the L4 schedule are clear to other members of the MEH Programme.
  • Establish relevant elements of Task Orders for instruction into the MEH Installation Contract.
  • Conduct Project Review and Performance Analysis monthly for the specific area.
  • Lead Contract Administration including establishment of Task Orders and resolving queries.
  • Lead activities required to comply with HPC Project Governance.

About You:

  • You will have delivering projects in a technically complex environment with high safety, security, and environmental responsibility.
  • Managing engineering design, contract, and field execution strategies for project delivery.
  • Leading multi-discipline EPCM projects, procurement, and contract management.
  • Strong leadership skills including project management, financial management, and change management.
  • Experience managing contractors, consultants, and advisors in a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of EPR design and construction is advantageous.
  • Chartered status in an engineering or related field is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and Project Management with experience applying APM and Prince 2.

The salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
