Job Overview:

The Priory is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Dementia Care Specialist. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care, managing direct patient interactions, and participating in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake and manage direct patient care, adhering to quality standards and health legislation.
  • Deliver care services, including individual and group sessions, as prescribed by internal procedures.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements:
  • RGN Qualified
  • NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
  • Strong decision-making skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Fine-tuned organizational capabilities and flexibility.
  • A car driver's license for rural location travel.
