Nurse Director for Dementia Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Nurse Manager to lead our dementia services at our care home in Southport. As a nurse director, you will develop and implement strategies to deliver high-quality care, improving the lives of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create and manage care plans, assessing resident needs and identifying areas for improvement. They will also possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
Key responsibilities will include staff management, recruitment, and training, as well as building relationships with external partners. You will receive a salary of £52,000 - £68,000 per annum, along with benefits such as holiday and leisure discounts, and a profit share scheme.
