We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to provide strategic leadership in nursing and midwifery education, contributing to the development of a capable and flexible workforce at our organisation.

In this key role, you will partner with our Executive Director to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient care, safety, and outcomes. Your expertise will inform and shape our approach to healthcare delivery, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Our network of hospital and health services delivers integrated care across various settings, including community and mental health, aged care, and public health programs.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
