We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 22 days of PTO, holiday pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance with a substantial employer-paid HRA account, and a 401k contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Current Indiana licensure
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
