We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our client's care home in Southport. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing and mental health care.
About the Role
As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of residents and implementing person-centred care plans that make a real difference to their day-to-day lives. You will also plan, manage and monitor the delivery of high-quality nursing and mental health care, and work closely with local regulators and social services.
About You
To be successful as a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you must have a current NMC registration, experience providing care for older people and those with dementia, and a strong track record of mentoring staff and supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
